We are your single source for tooling design, pre-production, and production tooling. The facility includes Solid Works and AutoCAD for tool design and full CAD/CAM capability, creating quick turn-around times and cost competitiveness. We have electronic file transfer capability for most formats

including Parasolid, STEP, ACIS, UG, Pro/E, IGES, DWG, DXF. Our wire EDM department produces tight tolerances and reduces manufacturing times. In-house tooling design and manufacturing means higher quality tools, better design, and lower costs. We are able to manufacture pre-production tooling quickly and to develop production tooling with less delay than other manufacturers that utilize outside tooling sources.
